Consent to personal data processing (cookies and web analytics)

This consent is executed separately from other documents in accordance with Part 1, Article 9 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 "On Personal Data" (the "Personal Data Law"). The text of the consent is available to the User before the action expressing consent is taken.

1. Who gives consent and to whom

I, a visitor to the website https://medispa.pro (the "Website"), acting freely, of my own will and in my own interest, give consent to the operator — Sole proprietor (individual entrepreneur) Roman Alekseevich Kuznetsov, taxpayer number (INN) 772774368458, OGRNIP 322774600407632, e-mail info@roman-kuznetsov.ru (the "Operator") — to process my personal data on the terms set out below.

2. Purpose of processing

Collecting Website traffic statistics and analysing visitor behaviour on the Website to improve its operation and content, using the Yandex Metrica web analytics service, including the Webvisor technology.

3. Personal data

• identifiers stored in cookies (including _ym_uid, _ym_d and other Yandex Metrica cookies);
• IP address and location information derived from it;
• information about the browser, operating system and device, screen resolution, language;
• referring page address, addresses of pages viewed, date, time and duration of the visit;
• information about actions on Website pages (clicks, scrolling, cursor movement), including Webvisor session recordings; the contents of input fields are not recorded.

4. Actions with the data and method of processing

Collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), retrieval, use, depersonalisation, blocking, deletion, destruction, and transfer (provision, access) to the person processing data on the Operator's behalf named in Section 5. Processing is carried out with automation tools.

5. Person processing data on the Operator's behalf

YANDEX LLC (INN 7736207543) — the rights holder and operator of the Yandex Metrica service. The data is processed using databases located in the territory of the Russian Federation. The Operator does not carry out cross-border transfer of personal data.

6. Validity and withdrawal of consent

6.1. The consent is valid until withdrawn, but no more than 12 months from the date it is given. After that, the Website will ask for consent again.

6.2. The consent may be withdrawn at any time: with the "Cookie settings" button on the Website by choosing "Necessary only", or by writing to info@roman-kuznetsov.ru. After withdrawal, the web analytics service is no longer loaded on the Website, Yandex Metrica cookies are deleted from the browser (as far as technically possible), and the Operator stops processing and destroys the personal data within the periods established by Article 21 of the Personal Data Law.

6.3. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal and does not restrict access to the Website.

7. How consent is given

Consent is given by clicking "Accept" in the cookie banner on the Website after reading this text, the Personal Data Processing Policy and the Cookie Policy. Clicking "Necessary only" or closing the banner without a choice is not consent, and in that case the web analytics service is not loaded.

I confirm that I am 18 years of age or older and that the consent given is specific, substantive, informed, conscious and unambiguous.
