Consent to personal data processing when contacting us

This consent is executed separately from other documents in accordance with Part 1, Article 9 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 "On Personal Data" (the "Personal Data Law") and applies when a User sends an enquiry to the Operator using the contacts given on the contacts page.

1. Who gives consent and to whom

I, the person sending the enquiry, acting freely, of my own will and in my own interest, give consent to the operator — Sole proprietor (individual entrepreneur) Roman Alekseevich Kuznetsov, taxpayer number (INN) 772774368458, OGRNIP 322774600407632, e-mail info@roman-kuznetsov.ru (the "Operator") — to process my personal data on the terms set out below.

2. Purposes of processing

• considering the enquiry and preparing a reply;
• correspondence, including on cooperation, corrections of information on the Platform and rights-holder requests.

3. Personal data

First name, or surname, first name and patronymic (if given), e-mail address, Telegram username, position and organisation name (if given), the contents of the enquiry and attached files. Please do not send information belonging to special categories of personal data (including health information).

4. Actions with the data and method of processing

Collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access) to a person processing data on the Operator's behalf, blocking, deletion, destruction. Processing is carried out with automation tools.

5. Persons processing data on the Operator's behalf

YANDEX LLC (INN 7736207543) — the e-mail service of the Operator's e-mail domain; the data is stored in the territory of the Russian Federation. The Operator does not carry out cross-border transfer of personal data.

When an enquiry is sent via the Telegram messenger, the data is transferred by the User directly to the messenger operator (a foreign entity) under its own privacy policy. E-mail is recommended for enquiries containing personal data.

6. Validity and withdrawal of consent

6.1. The consent is valid until the purposes of processing are achieved, but no more than 1 year from the date of the last message in the correspondence, or until withdrawn.

6.2. The consent may be withdrawn by writing to info@roman-kuznetsov.ru with the subject line "Withdrawal of consent". After withdrawal, the Operator stops processing and destroys the personal data within the periods established by Article 21 of the Personal Data Law, unless otherwise provided by federal law.

7. How consent is given

Consent is given by sending an enquiry to the e-mail address or Telegram account given on the contacts page after reading this text and the Personal Data Processing Policy. If you do not agree with the processing terms, do not send the enquiry.
