Corrections and rights-holder requests

This document sets out how representatives of properties and companies, rights holders and other interested persons can request the correction, clarification or removal of information published on the website https://medispa.pro (the "Platform"). The Platform operator is Sole proprietor (individual entrepreneur) Roman Alekseevich Kuznetsov, taxpayer number (INN) 772774368458, OGRNIP 322774600407632 (the "Operator").

1. Principles of publishing information

• The Platform contains information about health-resort and hotel properties compiled from publicly available information and analytical processing.
• The Operator does not publish personal data of individuals (including private investors) in the public registry: generalised wording is used instead. Names of legal entities, brands and projects are given.
• Indicators that are not publicly disclosed are not shown and are displayed as "—"; calculated values are not presented as actual ones.
• The revenue of a legal entity is shown only from its accounting (financial) statements for a specific year to which access is not restricted, labelled "official financial statements" (Clause 4.3 of the Disclaimer). The income of individual entrepreneurs is not published.

2. Correcting or removing information about a property

2.1. If you represent a property, developer, investor or operator and believe the information is inaccurate or outdated, send a request to info@roman-kuznetsov.ru with the subject line "Data correction".

2.2. Please include:

• the name of the property and a link to the Platform page (or the name in the registry);
• which information needs correcting and the correct values;
• confirmation of the current information (official press release, publication, document) and your authority to represent the organisation.

2.3. The Operator considers the request within 10 working days. Confirmed corrections are made in the registry; if the information cannot be confirmed, the Operator may hide the disputed indicator until the matter is clarified.

2.4. Inaccurate revenue figures (an error in the figure, the reporting year, the statement line or the set of organisations attributed to a property) are corrected and may be hidden pending verification. An organisation may also ask for a figure from its publicly accessible accounting statements, or a property card, to be hidden; granting such a request is the Operator's own decision and does not mean that accurate information from official statements must be removed by law.

3. Rights-holder requests

3.1. If you believe that Platform materials infringe your exclusive rights (to a work, trademark, database, etc.), send a statement to info@roman-kuznetsov.ru with the subject line "Rights holder".

3.2. The statement must contain: information about the rights holder and the applicant, the subject of the right and proof of the rights, the address of the Platform page with the material, a description of the infringement and the demand, and contact details. The statement is signed by the rights holder or an authorised person.

3.3. The Operator considers the statement within 10 working days and, if the demands are justified, removes the material or restricts access to it and notifies the applicant.

4. Settling disagreements. The Operator's legal partner

4.1. Disagreements over requests sent under this document are settled first of all through negotiations. The parties may, by mutual agreement, use mediation under the procedure established by Federal Law No. 193-FZ of 27 July 2010 "On the Alternative Dispute Resolution Procedure with the Participation of a Mediator (Mediation Procedure)". The pre-trial claim procedure and the jurisdiction of disputes are set out in Section 7 of the Terms of Use.

4.2. Legal questions, claims and rights-holder requests concerning the Platform may be sent directly to the Operator or to the Operator's legal partner — Markov Group, a Moscow bar association (Kollegiya advokatov g. Moskvy "MARKOV GRUPP (GRUPPA)") (markovgroup.legal, e-mail amarkov@markovgroup.legal). The legal partner represents the Operator in negotiations, mediation and disputes.

5. Personal data

Requests from personal data subjects are handled as set out in the Personal Data Processing Policy. By sending a request, you give consent to personal data processing when contacting us.
