How to read the figures
- Hotel occupancy is the share of occupied rooms across all hotels of a country, not only wellness hotels. It shows the market background and seasonality of demand, not the occupancy of a particular resort.
- The seasonal profile averages the last three complete years with all 12 months published.
- Czech spas are specialised spa accommodation establishments; average stay = nights / guests.
- A dash (—) means the source has not published data for the period. We do not fill gaps or replace them with estimates.
- Singapore: ADR is room revenue per room sold, RevPAR is room revenue per available room (revenue / available room-nights); prices are in Singapore dollars, not converted. Japan: from January 2026 the survey sample is stratified by number of rooms instead of number of employees, so comparisons with 2025 include a methodological break; the latest national month is a first preliminary estimate and the latest months of inbound arrivals are estimates.
