Resort revenue base

Bottom-up revenue: from room stock, seasonality and occupancy to the guests of each channel, their services and checks. Guests of medical programmes are counted as whole people — singles and couples, by programme and quarter. The total is split into USALI departments and checked against the capacity of rooms, treatment rooms and the restaurant.

Revenue by year

By USALI department, RUB at current prices (indexed). Click a year to open it by quarter.

Year Revenue, RUB m Occupancy

Traffic channels by quarter

Revenue (RUB m) and guests of the selected year; non-staying and programme guests are whole numbers

Medical programmes: whole guests

S — guests in single occupancy, P — couples in double occupancy. Room nights = nights × (S + P), guests = S + 2P.

USALI departments

Breakfast in the SPA rate and programme meals move to F&B at a transfer price — the total does not change

Capacity check

Are there enough rooms, treatment rooms and seats: average and peak load by quarter of the selected year
