Seasonality: room occupancy by month
Average room occupancy profile over the latest full years, for the country and its spa municipalities: the peak and trough of the season and the gap between them.

Map: resort micro-zones and register objects
A disc is a micro-zone: its size and colour depth show how many 4–5★ hotels it has; the dashed ring is the zone boundary. White dots are objects of our register.

Hotel and resort deals are counted per zone under the disclosure rule: the median price per key is shown only when there are enough deals.
Offline traffic: access, guest choice, coverage
Where guests lean among health-spa resorts, which municipalities suit a new property best, and how much demand resorts cover within an hour's drive. Model results are a scenario, not observed sales.

- Estimate: a derived figure, such as drive time from distance. Research estimate: a figure from a third-party review, found in the cited document, before manual checking.
- No data: an honest label; nothing is invented, the block is waiting for data.
