Hotel and resort deals are counted per zone under the disclosure rule: the median price per key is shown only when there are enough deals.

Offline traffic: access, guest choice, coverage
Where guests lean among health-spa resorts, which municipalities suit a new property best, and how much demand resorts cover within an hour's drive. Model results are a scenario, not observed sales.

Airports in the catchment
Passenger traffic of the airports around the country (arrivals and departures together, not the number of tourists) and the straight-line distance to the nearest resort micro-zone.

- Estimate: a derived figure, such as drive time from distance. Research estimate: a figure from a third-party review, found in the cited document, before manual checking.
- No data: an honest label; nothing is invented, the block is waiting for data.
